Hello,

I don't think (not 100% sure), that the app_uart module supports multiple uart instances. That would require some changes in the app_uart modules.

I don't think it is correct that the serial library is no longer supported. We have examples in the SDK that use it, such as the SDK16.0.0\examples\peripheral\serial_uartes.
