The COEX interface have the same voltage as all other GPIOs.

They have another question I didn't yet add, also unclear from documentation:

"What are the maximum high level voltage for the COEX interface? Or is it part of any of the specified interfaces in table 114: Operating Conditions (PS v1.1)?"

It goes to the internal switch matrix. It was initially intended to be used as a loop back to the GPS input in case where you have a common GPS and LTE antenna. But this feature is not used yet. So just leave it open.
