&lt;p&gt;I would recommend that you contact Rigado directly regarding issues with their evaluation kit (or rather&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://www.u-blox.com/en/contact-support"&gt;U-blox&lt;/a&gt;, since they acquired Rigado&amp;#39;s&amp;nbsp;Bluetooth module business).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If the board has previously worked with the same computers, I would recommend testing with other USB cables and different computers.&lt;/p&gt;
