&lt;p&gt;the modem trace you provided is empty. Please follow this procudure when performing &lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/nordic/nordic-blog/b/blog/posts/how-to-get-modem-trace-using-trace-collector-in-nrf-connect"&gt;modem trace&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Have you used release 1.0.0?
