I agree with JohnBrown answer. It's better to buy a new DK which works as both the development board and a programmer/debugger.

@cybero: If you think the answer from John is valid, could you accept it ?

No. At that price I would be fairly certain that is a clone. Your best option is to purchase the new nRF51 DK, if you can find a supplier, but even with that I think you would probably have to make up your own connector lead.

The CP2102 is a USB to UART bridge. So you could connect your board to a comm port on the PC and output debug printfs for one use.

In the description of that board appears Integrates CP2102 for debugging.

So, what is CP2102 used for ?

That board does not have a built-in programmer or debugger. So yes, you will need a separate JTAG/SWD device in order to program the nRF51822.
