Hi,

I can confirm we do not have a DFU controller that uses native Bluetooth support from Windows 10. We do have a command line tool named nrfutil, which uses a DK or Dongle for BLE connectivity. If you want a native Windows 10 tool (without the need for a connectivity dongle/DK) then I am afraid you must develop it yourself. The BLE DFU protocol is documented on Infocenter, and for reference you can use e.g. the source code for nrfutil which is available on GitHub.
