I used nrf_sniffer_v2.0.1 and wireshark3.1.1 to capture 113 bytes package send by nrf52832
but the package was divided into 5 packages in wireshark while use app receive, this package is 113 bytes.
Is sniffer divided this package?

RE: how nrf sniffer V2.0.1 receive extention data packs

Hi Edvin,

You are right,it is ble sniffer.

I found the reson is BLE APP "LightBlue".I use nrfConnect can capture 113bytes package.

the file is the sniffer trace that package was divied .

This is not the nRF Sniffer for 802.15.4, right? The reason I ask is because you have added this tag in your ticket, but it looks like a Bluetooth Low Energy sniffer trace, and you also refer to the BLE sniffer, nrf_sniffer_v2.0.1.

Can you save the sniffer trace as a .pcapng file and upload that file here?

Also, how do you send your packets? I need to know how you send your 113 byte package before I can tell whether it is split or not.

Based on your screenshot, I agree that it looks like it is divided, but I would need to see the actual sniffer trace to check that it is in fact these packets that are the 113 byte packet you mention.

BR,
