I am developing an application with 7 transmitters and 1 receivers. Transmitter are nrf52832 with MPU9250 IMU (Holyiot YJ-18008) . I am hopping to each transmitter will send quaternion and acceleration values (60 characters long string) at a rate

RE: Enhanced ShockBurst multiple transmitter

Thanks, it work just fine now.

RE: Enhanced ShockBurst multiple transmitter
I was also wondering if a better approach would be to used the central to send to a request in alternance to each sensors ESB.
I think that is the way to go yes. Though to increase the size of the ACK payload you likely will need to increase RX_WAIT_FOR_ACK_TIMEOUT_US_2MBPS to fit the increased ack payload. You will also need to increase NRF_ESB_MAX_PAYLOAD_LENGTH.
