Did you make any modifications to the application, or do you get the hardfault with unmodified examples?

If you can confirm that you did not make any changes, or post the changes that you made, I will try to reproduce the issue.

Thank you for the reply.

I am using HRS example and I am using PCA10040 DEV board from NRF.

On the connectivity board, I am using "nRF5_SDK\examples\connectivity\ble_connectivity\pca10040\ser_s132_uart\ses\ble_connectivity_s132_uart_pca10040.emProjec".

And on the Application side, I am using "nRF5_SDK\examples\ble_peripheral\ble_app_hrs\pca10040\ser_s132_uart\ses\ble_app_hrs_pca10040_s132_uart.emProjec".

I have shorted the SB17 as mentioned in link. The only difference I see is my EVM version is 1.2.4.

Hi,

Are you testing this with a Nordic DK, or a custom/3rd party board?

Can you post the exact path to the connectivity firmware and application firmware project that you use?

Using SES projects should work equally well as Keil projects.
