As Andreas stated, the NFC pins are internally disconnected when NFC is not used so it doesn't matter if they are grounded or left disconnected on the board. The ANT pin can also be either be left disconnected or grounded as long as the radio is not used.

If you have any more questions please open a new case.

Sorry to bother you, but have you solved this problem? If ANT, NFC1 and NFC2 are not used, will the H23 pin be directly grounded? Or is it feasible to ground the H23 pin directly?

Hi,

GPIOs, including the NFC-pins are slightly different they are disconnected internally if not used so even less point in disconnecting them. It will not cause any issues though.

Will it be a problem if we externally terminate this pin to the ground.

Hi,

We do not expect any difference if it is grounded, floating or terminated with 50 Ohm. It is DC short to ground though so you should not pull it up.
