What is the best practice to terminate ANT(H23) pin.Shall I connect it to the ground/pull up or leave it un-connected.

The ANT pin can also be either be left disconnected or grounded as long as the radio is not used.

GPIOs, including the NFC-pins are slightly different they are disconnected internally if not used so even less point in disconnecting them. It will not cause any issues though.

We do not expect any difference if it is grounded, floating or terminated with 50 Ohm. It is DC short to ground though so you should not pull it up.
