Reviving this old thread; does the latest SoftDevice controller for nRF Connect SDK support GAP Resolvable Private Address Only Char?

Hi Ozh,

The Resolvable Private Address Only characteristic is currently not supported with our softdevice. Even setting the device's own address to resolvable private address won't make the characteristic appear.

It's also not possible to add the characteristic manually to the GAP service.

Note that the characteristic is not a mandatory characteristic. The peer device will then need to stay in Device Privacy Mode.
