I don't have any information about what you are really doing or how your application works, but in general; no, it should not "disturb" BLE.

CRITICAL_REGION_ENTER/EXIT call sd_nvic_critical_region_enter/exit. sd_nvic_critical_region_enter disables all application interrupts, but handle the radio interrupts, so that the BLE link is kept.

Thanks for your reply, the article provided by the link is related with the compiling.

what i want to know is that CRITICAL_REGION_ENTER() will distorb the interval of BLE and the response time of other interrupt or not
