Application level ack for each packet made the transfer too slow. Without ACK we get more than 400KBps

I am also getting 20KB/s data rates and I too want it around 200KB/s

Our application requires to transfer 512MB( 4Gbit) of data to android phone. What is the best method to transfer the amount of data from device to android? some smartphones took 90 minutes to transfer 180MB of data via USB. We are sending data in packets of 4096bytes which includes CRC.

Hi,

The nRF52840 USB peripheral has "full speed USB device function that meets 2.0 revision of the USB specification", ref. nRF52840 Product Specification. Achievable data rates in practice should be as reported in this thread: USBD with CDC ACM class Windows 10 maximum data rate. For the Andorid side I am afraid I do not have any numbers, but seen as the throughput differs between phones it seems likely that the phone may be the bottleneck here...
