Achievable data rates in practice should be as reported in this thread: &lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/38822/usbd-with-cdc-acm-class-windows-10-maximum-data-rate"&gt;USBD with CDC ACM class Windows 10 maximum data rate&lt;/a&gt;. For the Andorid side I am afraid I do not have any numbers, but seen as the throughput differs between phones it seems likely that the phone may be the bottleneck here...&lt;/p&gt;
