Hmm, I'm not so sure. So between provisioning and configuration (when composition data get happens) the nRF52 has to reset the softdevice, disconnect and then advertise again. Here is when the issue may happens, I'm not sure what exactly went wrong though. Please try to use newer library.

But the weird thing is that exact v1.2.1 nr mesh android app is working fine without any problem for N number of times. i was wondering may be my way of implementing provision is incorrect. what do you say?

Hi,

I have seen this with the older nRF Mesh application before. We had some bugs causing the issue. I would suggest you to switch to the latest library (v2.1.4) the provisioning and composition data get is much more table now.
