Is there any updates on GPS performance since the last post on this thread? Or plans for improvement. I'm getting TTFF, cold start with an external antenna in open sky in about 90 seconds at the present with the latest nrf9160.

Please see response from our GPS team:

In OPSv0.7.1, a 1 dB LNA was assumed, whereas in PSv1.1 a 2 dB LNA was assumed.

For FW1.1, we prioritized and implemented a number of important features and improvements: AGPS readiness, GPS operation during LTE idle-DRX and idle-eDRX, improved cold start TTTF with AGPS assistance, as well as substantially improved TTFF in unassisted hot and cold starts in non-ideal conditions.

The plan is still to provide improved cold start sensitivity in future releases.
