I solved it

I replaced "nRF5_SDK_15.3.0_59ac345\examples\ble_peripheral\ble_app_blinky\pca10056\s140

\arm5_no_packs\RTE\Device\nRF52840_xxAA\ system_nrf52840.c"

with "\Keil_v5\ARM\Pack\NordicSemiconductor\nRF_DeviceFamilyPack\8.17.0\Device\Source\system_nrf52840.c"

ps) If you get the same error, I think you need to do the same for every project you create.

I believe this is a bug in MDK-ARM. The MDK always copies the latest software pack's (8.29) system_nrf52.c file even though you select the old version that SDK v.15.3 supports (8.17.0). A fix suggested by the community (see this case) is to replace the content of system_nrf52.c in the 8.29 version with the content in system_nrf52.c from v.8.17.0.
