&lt;p&gt;0x26000 should be correct in this instance. Have you set the RAM to the correct start address as well? Do you get any error codes when trying to flash your Dongle? &lt;p&gt;What SoftDevice version are you using? In S140 v.7.0.0 and newer, the minimum flash start address is 0x27000. Also, remember that you have to set the RAM start address to&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;0x20001678 as well when using S140 v.7.0.0. You can use &lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/nordic/short-range-guides/b/getting-started/posts/adjustment-of-ram-and-flash-memory"&gt;this RAM/Flash memory adjustment guide&lt;/a&gt; to see how to do this and what the correct values are.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
