I've been tasked with developing a path to update them to SDK 12.3 and sd130. This process requires multiple updates of the DFU and softdevice. I tried using the left/right arrows on the bottom of the Advertisement Data window. The arrows don't seem to do anything on my app. I clicked the connect button in the upper right corner. The app reported being connected, but stayed on the Advertisement data screen, and nothing from the arrows. After your response I tried again. I feel a bit stupid, the arrows don't work but swiping the screen does. I didn't swipe the first time I tried the newer version of the app.

RE: nRF Connect Legacy OTA tool

Hi,

We have not stopped supporting legacy DFU in the nRF connect app as far as I know. I tried it now with nRF connect version 2.1.1 and the legacy bootloader from SDK 11.0.0, and it worked. But I had to provide the update in the zip file format., not just a .hex file.

Did you try the nRF toolbox app as well?
