I'd like to get the whole thread network topology (like nRF_TTM does) on raspberrypi, can this function be realized with wpantund or wpanctl?
Is "wpanctl mfg..." command could work for this? I could not find more information for this command

RE: Get thread topology through wpantund | wpanctl.

Hi,msromero

Right now I don't think it's possible to use NCP as a topology monitor device.

You can run Spinnel CLI on NCP nodes (https://github.com/openthread/pyspinel) which supports a limited set of CLI commands, but it does not have support for sending MGMT_DIAG messages. Please take a look at this comment by one of our developers.

Best regards,

Sure, I know how to get the diagnostic information of all nodes using CLI commands, but do not know how to get these informations when using NCP commands (on the Raspberrypi board). Does NCP also support CLI command?

RE: Get thread topology through wpantund | wpanctl.

Hi,

Have you seen the 'Principle of operation' section at the infocenter page for the TTM? Using CLI commands you can print a table of attach routers in a network and then print the diagnostic information of each router and child.

RE: Get thread topology through wpantund | wpanctl.

Hello all, could anybody help me?😘
