Take a look at this code generation tool: https://vicara.co/nrf52-code-generator

This is quite similar to cubemx. Currently we support GPIO, GPIOTE, PWM, UART, SPI & TWIM with Segger Embedded Studio project file generation. More peripherals and boards to be supported soon. Please do share you feedback if you try it out.

The SDK getting started guide has instructions for defining your own board header file but you don’t have to use it. I’d say it primarily provides convenient names for certain GPIO. Pin names such as ARDUINO_PIN_SDA and similar are defined in your board file and used in the examples but you can just provide whatever PIN number you’re wanting to use instead.

I see, so I guess I would need to change certain included files such as "boards.h" or other board specific files right? Aren´t alle the nRF_Libraries specific to a nRF board and not the DWM1001?

I'd think the examples should compile and run just fine on that module. The only thing I could see you having to change is any pin numbers for LEDs or other external devices.
