Ok I found, nRF Connect cant use the jlink. Sorry, I have not tried because "LTE Link Monitor" does'nt support it.

I can connect but after that "Target / Download file / Download Intel Hex file" give me an error if I try to send firmware.update.image.segments.0.hex or firmware.update.image.segments.1.hex

What happens when you select Target -> Connect J-Link ?

Ok but how to ? There is no menu in SES about that so what tool can I use please ?

Okay, there is no specific command you have to apply. As long as the nRF9160 is connected properly and the computer recognizes the device you should be able to program it.

You want to use an external debugger to program the nRF9160 SiP, is this correct? Do you have a custom board?
