Could be anything, code, connections etc. Have you set the contrast?

I am using JHD 162A 16x2 LCD module ..in datasheet it is showing VIH = 2.2V(min) ,VDD(max) and VIL = -0.3V(min), 0.6V(max)...But I am not getting anything on LCD..what should be the problem?

Depends on the IO voltage of the LCD module. If it's 5V part, you might need level shifters, Check the datasheet of the module. If Vih_low is lower than VDD of the nR52, you're fine.
