I am using 52840 (WLCSP package) in a design. I am a hardware guy and no SW guy has been assigned to this yet. Can you please check my SPI pin assignment below and let me know if there is any issue.

The QSPI recommendations are just that, recommendations. You can use any of the free GPIOs for this if you'd like/ if it fits your design better. There should not be any drawbacks using these pins as QSPI pins either.

Best regards,

So the question becomes

- Should I follow the recommendation in the datasheet, or can I assign QSPI pins like I did?

- If it is ok to use the way I used them, would there be any drawback?

Thanks again!

The recommendation from the DS is attached.

These pins should be fine to use as SPI pins in your design.
