Hi,

Are there any application logging on the slave?

Anyway to see if a reset has occurred on the device?

Looks like most of the logs are ok, but I found a couple of strange disconnects:

In log 5 packet 4466, the slave stops responding. timeout after 4 seconds, but the slave does not start to advertise again after timeout (should have been 4s). Application error?

In log 5 packet 191. Seems to be a crc error, might be a mic error (in case it would be ok to drop the connection), but here the slave starts to advertise again after 5.3seconds, timeout is 5 seconds in this case.

In log 5 packet 2527. This is a terminate ind from the master. most likely the master did not receive the ack as it retries the terminate ind until timeout. RSSI is low on the previous packet from the slave. out of range?

Unfortunately I cannot see what is happening on the slave. And it seems you have tried to disconnect other devices that can affect the power supply, have you tried to measure the voltage on supplied to the nrf52832? note that to large fluctuations can reset the chip by triggering tyhe power fail circuitry.

Is it possible to capture a sniffertrace of the connection to see what is happening?

I checked the clk source, it's using 2 external crystal: 32M 12pf ±20ppm and 32.768KHz ±20ppm, and we have tested the RF performance, no problem found. so I suspect there is some problem in underlying interaction. but I don't know the details.

Have you checked the LF clk source? is this RC or Xtal? Are they using the correct loading capacitors? What is the connection supervision timeout?

If they are using an external crystal, you could ask them to try the RC and/or 500 ppm setting to see if this improves performance.

I mean the Bluetooth connection is not stable. Sometimes the Bluetooth will be disconnected after the door is opened. The non directional broadcast package is used. and I want to know how to troubleshoot, thx!

Hi,

Not sure I understand exactly what your questions is. But you are right that some phones will automatically try to reconnect to a bonded device. This will potentially block the device from being used by other users while the Auto-reconnect-device is within range.
