I have the same issue than stated even with Wireshark 3.0.7
Using the NRF52840 Dongle with NRF Sniffer v3.1.0

Tested with Wireshark v3.0.7, it's ok to sniffer LE packets.

I see the same issue as you when using Wireshark v3.2.0 and it seems that there is a known issue with using the nRF Sniffer v3.0 extcap toolbar with this version of Wireshark, see https://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=16311.

Using Wireshark v3.0.7 I do not see this issue and I am able to capture packets. Hence, I recommend that you use this version until we have solved the issues with 3.2.0.
