SDK 6.1.0 with s110v7.1</p> <p>Edit: Bonding is required to write to the characteristic. It&#39;s hard coded in the ble_ias.c file. I forked that file and disabled bonding (as it is not needed for my application). Other services expose this through the init struct, but not ble_ias_init_t.
