 My understanding is that the NFR51422 chip on the *28 board has twice the RAM, but otherwise is the same as the NRF51 chip on the *03 board. The BLE/Ant were both running on the older eval board.  I added a BLE attribute, and that&amp;#39;s what started the communication problems started.  I took the additional attribute out and still had the comm problems.  I was able to get it to work buy only be disabling all the Notify characteristics in my BLE Attributes.
