&lt;p&gt;I am not sure I follow you here. This service isn&amp;#39;t something that you found in our SDK, right? I can&amp;#39;t find any references to FTMS or FMS in our SDK, and the code looks like C++.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I suspect that this is from an SDK from somewhere else, and if so, you have to ask them how it is supposed to work.&lt;/p&gt;
