 just got my Thingy:91 out of the box and followed the instruction. 
 
 Very surprised that the device could not connect (blue led flashing slowly every 5sec). I&amp;#39;m in Geneva Switzerland about 500m from the next Swisscom 4G antenna.

&lt;p&gt;That said until we&amp;nbsp;find the solution, we have to try everything. Your device does find the network. Did you contact iBasis and Swisscom (email provided) as instructed?&lt;/p&gt;

This should include more information on what is failing when trying to connect.&lt;/p&gt;
