this sounds like a known bug. It has been reported some time ago, but hasn't been resolved yet. I will let you know when it is.

Some new informations

-Even try to debuging simple hello world sample from https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/nordic/cellular-iot-guides/b/getting-started-cellular/posts/nrf-connect-sdk-tutorial cause segger 4.30c to instant crash when tring to start debug session

32bit or 64 bit segger have same issue. Issue was resolved by changing in projet setting 'Debug Symbols File[]' all '.hex' file to their relative '.elf' file

Setting Breakpoint in C source still don't work BUT if i go to the zephyr.map file get the address of function i want to debug and put breakpoint in disassembly code it's halt correctly. So it's a temporary workaround (static function cannot be debug as they don't appears in map file)
