&lt;p&gt;The s113 uses more RAM than the s112 with the same configuration, so it&amp;#39;s likely the RAM settings. The debug log should inform you if they need to be changed, and in that case, what values to use. If you don&amp;#39;t have logging enabled you can step through the&amp;nbsp;nrf_sdh_ble_enable()&amp;nbsp;function&amp;nbsp;with a debugger.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I tried to repeat this with the debug bootloader in SDK 16.0.0 and ended up with the following RAM settings:&amp;nbsp; &amp;quot;RAM (rwx) :&amp;nbsp; ORIGIN = 0x20002608, LENGTH = 0x39f8&amp;quot;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
