Hi,

If you delete bond information on the nRF52832, you need to delete the old bond information in the phone and bond again.

2.Why "pm_handler_secure_on_connection" can't make it work?

Hi,

On reconnect, the phone will send an encryption start request to encrypt the link with the existing key (LTK) which wil fail because the bond info was deleted on the peripheral. To make it work again you need to delete the bond info on the phone as well. Go to Settings > Bluetooth and remove you peripheral device form the list of bonded devices.
