They list the changes between the different nRF51 IC revisions. Table 2 maps nRF51 build codes to nRF51 revision. Build codes can be read on your nRF51 chip. How to understand the chip markings is documented in the nRF51822/nRF51422 PS v3.1, chapter about &quot;Ordering information&quot;.</p> <p>The DMA is documented in relation to the SPI slave interface.
