Hi Simonr - this is still an issue. Not only does the most recent nrf5 v17.1 https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp?topic=%2Fsdk_nrf5_v17.1.0%2Flib_bootloader.html still show 0x26000 for the nRF52833 (S140 v7.0.x), it also fails to have S140 v7.2 and should probably be updated to reflect that.

edit: For what it's worth, Adjustment of RAM and Flash memory does correctly state 0x27000 for S147 v7.0 & 7.2

This does indeed seem to be a documentation error. Seeing as the nRF52833 uses SoftDevice S140 v.7.0.x, the application start address should be 0x27000 to make room for the SoftDevice. I will report this internally, and it should be fixed ASAP. Thank you for keeping an eye out and notifying us.
