&lt;p&gt;This does indeed seem to be a documentation error. Seeing as the nRF52833 uses SoftDevice S140 v.7.0.x, the application start address should be 0x27000 to make room for the SoftDevice. I will report this internally, and it should be fixed ASAP. Thank you for keeping an eye out and notifying us.&lt;/p&gt;
