I will report this internally, thanks for bringing this to our attention.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>For now though please see the <a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/ps_nrf5340/chapters/ref_circuitry.html?cp=3_0_0_8_2">reference circuitry section</a>, which indicates which pins should be connected to ground. There are some of the mentioned pins missing from that, looking at the <a href="https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Low-power-short-range-wireless/nRF5340/Downloads#infotabs">reference layout HW</a> you&#39;ll see that they are NC, hence floating pads.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Best regards,</p> <p>Andreas</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
