The test firmware linked to in this post (and <a href="https://github.com/Rallare/fw-nrfconnect-nrf/tree/nrf9160_samples/samples/nrf9160/udp_with_psm">here</a>) is not a sample available in NCS, which is why you can&#39;t find it.
