There is an extra module for voice input that you need to plug on the Smart Remote 2 in order to do voice command.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Voice Input Module is released after the nRF Smart Remote 2 and there could be the chance that we haven&amp;#39;t updated the Userguide.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But you can have a look &lt;a href="https://www.nordicsemi.com/eng/Products/Bluetooth-Smart-Bluetooth-low-energy/nRFready-Voice-Input-Module"&gt;here&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
