For Keil, it seems that you should stick with 8.27 for now.

Please clarify if we should use 8.27 specifically or if we can use the latest (8.30.2). The examples in nRF5_SDK_for_Thread_and_Zigbee_v4.0.0_dc7186b all seem to use 8.27 but since this is a new project, I'd like to use the latest.

Hi,

You are using Keil 5, which is why the Keil 4 MDK installers give you errors. You should use the "Pack" version of the MDK.

You can try the suggestions in this answer.

I tried 8.30 "Keil4, 5-clause Nordic License" from this page https://www.nordicsemi.com/Software-and-Tools/Development-Tools/nRF-MDK/Download#infotabs. The installer gave me the same license error as the 8.27 from the SDK.
