 How I can measure using timer , timer ticks , give me proper solution. You would need to store the information about each device that you want to track/measure, together with a timestamp of then the packet was received. In case there is heavy workload on the scanner side, the processing of the packets may be delayed, giving you unreliable measurements.&lt;/p&gt;
