Thank you, sir! This is what I was looking for.

By "Mesh Network Name" I meant the name that can be seen in the smartphone provisioning app, now I understand that it's not known to the network itself and stored by the app.

What do you refer to by "Mesh Network Name"?

The Network ID is derived from the network key such that each network key generates one Network ID. This identifier becomes public information. (ref. Network security material structure)
