Thanks, I just change the LFCLK setting to NRF_CLOCK_LFCLKSRC_RC_250_PPM_4000MS_CALIBRATION

and now everything works fine.

The examples use the 32.768kHz crystal IIRC and must be modified when you don't have that populated. Seach this forum, LF clock initialization comes up quite frequently.

yes, I check its debugging mode too, it works at first but after several lines, execution will put in a loop and do not continue the program. actually never pass this function "ble_stack_init();"

Did you try debugging your program in the IDE?

Note that all the ble examples require the softdevice flashed in order to run.

There should be a blinky example variant that does not use softdevice.

You can check flash page 0 (adress 0x00) in the debugger - there MUST be a valid vector table and not empty flash (0xFFFFFFFF). Otherwise nothing will happen on the chip (lockup reset).
