&lt;p&gt;What application firmware do you have on the nRF91?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Does it support large AT commands (&amp;gt;3KB)?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The commands might be listed as &amp;quot;timed out&amp;quot; in the Link Monitor even though they succeded because the modem took too long to respond. If you look at the &amp;quot;terminal window&amp;quot;, does the nRF91 answer the commands with &amp;quot;OK&amp;quot;?&lt;/p&gt;
