&lt;p&gt;Yes, this is possible. You can enable RSSI reports when the connection is established as shown by the message sequence chart in the Softdevice API documentation here:&amp;nbsp;&lt;a title="RSSI for connections with event filter" href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.s132.api.v7.0.1/group___b_l_e___g_a_p___r_s_s_i___f_i_l_t___m_s_c.html?cp=4_5_2_1_2_1_5_12"&gt;RSSI for connections with event filter&lt;/a&gt;. The RSSI value will be reported through the&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;BLE_GAP_EVT_RSSI_CHANGED&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;event.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
