 The operation of TX / RX can be confirmed with UART. (Interrupts can be fetched)

&lt;p&gt;Please check out the UART library where a code snippet showing you how to configure both UART and UARTE in runtime, and should have info on how this is done.&amp;nbsp;You have to define that the UART supports&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;and&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;uses EasyDMA in your configuration file.&lt;/p&gt;
