I was able to reprovision the certificates and now LED4 is solid green. I was able to add the LTE device to nrf cloud successfully.Am not able to bring up LTE interface.Link Monitor shows LTE in RED but my device in nrf cloud shows its LTE Connected.

How do I bring the LTE link UP?

1. Are you sure you are running the application called "nrf91dk_at_client_long_at_commands" when you are writing the certificates?

2. Did you make sure to turn the modem off with the command AT+CFUN=4 before writing the certificates?

I followed the procedure mentioned in the tutorial to reprovision the certificates. I See Error messages throughout.

If you added the device incorrectly you have to delete / reset it, and then reprovision the certificates.

This tutorial describes how to do this. When it says to make sure your device is running an application fw that supports long AT commands I have attached the firmware at_client_long_at_commands. Flash this before provisioning certificates.

HI,

Yes,I just bought the new board.I tried to follow the steps mentioned in getting started video.I think I messed up while adding the device ,I didnt provide the PIN since i couldnt find it on the box(I didnt see that HWID is mentioned under the board) and selected without PIN.Not sure if thats the problem.I did download the latest firmware later but still no luck . LTE shows Disconnected.I have attached the logs yesterday for all the steps I did. Let me know if you want me to try something and provide the log.

Hi!

If you're using a development kit the HWID on the back is the PIN you enter to add the device.

However, if you just bought the board, you have to update the modem firmware before trying to connect, which you can download here.

If it still does not work, please provide a new log.
