I had SDK 6, thanks. The updates to SDK seems fixed the issiue. It as also the new structure of SDK that I had to adopt for building.

are you using the latest version of RKNRFGO? That's version 1.0.9 which I put up a few weeks ago. That has various changes to support multiple softdevices.

I also just added the new softdevice S110 v8.0.0 to the config so it should recognise that too.

I needed to switch to latest SDK and now it works. However, it did not worked to program with rknrfgo for some reason

Mapping may not be the cause. Can you put a breakpoint in the Reset entry function ? See it stops there? If it stops then your program must have crash somewhere. You can start tracing from there.

Hi Larry,

the softdevice release notes (included in the downloaded .zip file) will list all changes, including any difference in memory requirements. In the case of S110 v7.1.0, there is no difference in memory usage from v7.0.0.

It might not be the cause of the issue, but your LENGTH parameter seems to be too large (Flash ORIGIN + Flash LENGTH > Flash size(0x40000))
