&lt;p&gt;I have plenty of data on the SIM card. I can get the download to work 2 out of 8 times. Again fails at different percentages in the download. I am pasting the latest result below. After 100% Zephyr had a bus fault&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;There was a similar case on DevZone this week, where the solution was to increase the KeepAliveTimeout from 5 to 10 seconds to prevent the disconnection. Perhaps you could try that?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It&amp;#39;s a shot in the dark, but without the modem traces from your application, it&amp;#39;s hard to know what&amp;#39;s going on.&lt;/p&gt;

I am using the debugger to load the software unto the board but it gets a timeout error (- 60).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have a second board that I have not used until this point. I activated the SIM and the LTE device on nrfCloud for the 2nd board. After that when I run the FOTA code (except I am NOT trying to perform an FOTA just run the application) on the 2nd board it connects to AWS.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Something happened to the first board when I had a successful download using the FOTA sample. And now I am very concerned that if I get the download to work on the second board it will be corrupted and not able to connect again to AWS. Both boards have Modem version v1.1.1.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
