Hi Stanley,

I just checked with the team. Seems that on Android the location is changed a little bit and FINE_LOCATION permission is required for BLE but the app only receive COARSE_LOCATION permission which is not enough. The trick is to go to App settings -> Permission -> Location Permission and click Deny then click grant again. This should make it works.

Hi Bui,

I run the blinky APP on my Android phone Xiaomi T9 Pro. The operating system is version 10. The APP is also unable to scan BLE devices.I had the same problem when I downloaded and installed it from the Play Store.

Hi Stanley,
nRFUART v2.0 is very old application. It's deprecated and would not compatible with new Android OS.

I would suggest you to have a look at the nRFToolbox - UART profile instead. Or take a look at the nRFBlinky app.
