Also LED2 on the PPK board doesn't light.

man shows how it works. He has same DK board, he is DUT switch toward "DK" posision. Not to external, like you told.

At this configuration aslo doesn't work.

DUT switch toward to External, Below scwitch Power select toward to DK, switch like above in the red oval in EXT position. USB connected to DK10040

is it correct?

Run PPK application via nrf connect and it no asks me to update firmware.

What I do wrong?

the next step is to turn the DIP switch to EXT and open the nrf connect app for power profiling and if it asks to reflash the firmware, go ahead and you will be able to do the power measurements.

Thanks, pls, step by step.

Now DUT dip switch is towards external. USB connected to my DK. Test application on the DK works good. LEDs blink.

PPK application still not works.

Please do not be confused with the DIP switches.

DIP switch turned towards "EXT" will program your nRF52832 DK

DIP switch turned toward "DK" will program your PPK. It looks like you have now progammed your PPK instead of nRF52832.

I flash PCA40100 board and USB connected to it.

As I read, all 3 switchs towards to DK.

If all correct, I have broken PPK board.

The DIP switch should be turned towards EXT if you are flashing the DK, if you are taking the power measurements using nRF Connect, the dip switch should turn towards DK

Yes, I connected with cutted SB9 PPK board on top and application doesn't work

Correction- with board PPK is attached- application from nRF go studio flashed success. But on the board LEDS doesn't blinks.

Have you connected the PPK on top of nRF52832 DK? If you did, then cutting the SB9 should make it work.

If you have not connected the PPK on top of nRF52832, then you need to connect the two pins of SB9 for the DK to work without PPK.

I cutted it. And firmware on the DK doesn't work.

Also nRF go studio doesn't see any MCU

with PPK board and without PPK board.

Yes, you should cut it and keep it open when you connected the power profiler kit to it. But when not using power profiler, then you should connect a jumpter to connect them back so the chip operates in normal mode.
