I layout a new board with spi pins 5 6 7 8 and change config to internal rtc ,now it works fine

and i think the problem is that i was not using internal rtc in my ble_app_template,

also i dont have external oscillator on my custom board,so maybe the pin0 pin1 conflict?

can you please do a logic trace of the different SPI pins in the different cases?

I change my pin to sck 3, miso 27,mosi 28,ss 2

And the timer become slow(about 10times) too.

but it is not 100 times now

so confused
